Round Played: with David and Judi Sutton –

Mission: More laughs than putts —- Mission accomplished.

On October 26th 2014 I played the Kauai Lagoons course with David and Judi Sutton from Bell, California.

My wife Sally rode with me to offer advice and comments. Comments like below:

(Wayne, you are standing too close to the ball …. after you hit it.)

This was a fun group – there were some good shots – some bad shots – a lot of jokes – and a lot of laughs.

Many of the jokes fell on my shoulders – but they were funny.

Sometimes I felt like 'Abbot' to these three's 'Costello'

Make no mistake about it – Judi can play golf – For a while I thought this would inspire Sally to take up the game – but it inspired her to other things.

(Wayne, why don’t you try hitting the ball close to the hole like Judi does?)

For the above comment I made Sally stand next to the aging Octopus plant – but she had more to say.
(Wayne, maybe you should wear your glasses when you putt – on second thought just close your eyes.)

Over by the ocean any hurt feelings quickly healed. I don’t believe it is possible not to smile and be happy there.
